About me

IMG_0211I am the founder and Executive Director of the Collective Leadership Institute, an NGO dedicated to empowering people to lead collectively towards a sustainable world. With more than 20 years experience in leadership and stakeholder cooperation across the globe I am passionate about a new leadership paradigm in which women take a greater share in modelling it, and a way of us learning how to turn co-creation into constructive collective action for sustainability.
This is my personal blog. It focuses on living collective leadership, as I believe it is the day to day practice that will change the world.

I write on issues and experiences that show how collective leadership works – for responsible business, people-oriented public service and a strong civil society. For innovation, project implementation and reconciliation.
My aim is to inspire and encourage, offer practical tools and spur inquiry. If you believe sustainability requires new forms of leadership – this blog is for you.
